If you choose to register or log in via Google SSO, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not receive your Google password. Use of Google SSO is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

QRBold reserves the right to add, remove, or substitute any third-party platform at any time to optimise business operations. We will update this policy when significant changes are made to our sub-processors.
QRBold does not have authority over these third-party platforms and is not liable for their security measures, functionality, operations, or availability. It is the Customer's responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of these third parties.
Your data is stored in redundant cloud databases provided by Neon (PostgreSQL), managed via Railway, and deployed on Vercel. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
We retain account-related data, QR codes, analytics, and associated content for as long as your account remains active and your subscription is in good standing.
If your subscription plan expires, we will retain your data for a maximum period of one (1) year. Upon failure to renew your subscription within this period, we may remove all data from your account permanently.
Upon account deletion or termination, your data and account settings shall be irrevocably deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of deletion or termination. It is your exclusive responsibility to secure all necessary data from your account prior to deletion.
If your account is suspended, QRBold shall keep your account and data for a maximum period of one (1) year, after which the account and all data will be permanently deleted. Upon special request and written assurance of resumption, QRBold may extend the retention period.
QRBold uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and store user preferences. These cookies are essential for the platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled without affecting your access to the Service.
We use standard web analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve overall user experience and platform performance. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

QRBold is operated by Nuurex Solutions, based in Jharkhand, India. Your data may be stored or processed by our third-party service providers in countries outside India, including the United States and European Union, depending on the data centre locations used by Vercel, Railway, and Neon.
Where your data is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data processing agreements with our sub-processors — consistent with applicable Indian law and international data protection standards.
